Comedy

Written By: Ray and Michael Cooney
Directed By: Barry Hill

In this story of three brothers, Tom and his wife are about to adopt a baby and his brothers are anxious to make a good impression on Mrs Potter from the agency, who is to check on the home and the lifestyle of the prospective parents. Unfortunately, at the same time Dick returns from a smuggling trip with brandy, cigarettes and two Croation aliens who sneaked into his van, and Harry is in possession of a cadaver he is planning to sell illegally to a medical school. Mayhem ensues as Tom must fabricate ever wilder explanations to placate wife Linda, Mrs Potter and a suspicious policeman, as this double dose of Cooney senior and his son shows the family ingenuity for creating chaos and carnage lives on, and the whole thing is hilarious, daft and irresistible.
