Kool Kafe is a fun family musical/comedy set in the sizzling 1970s.

It’s August, 1977, in a country town in Victoria.

Darlene is seventeen and wants desperately to go to Veterinary College – but will her exam results be good enough to allow her entry?

Meanwhile, her mother’s and Aunt Ruby’s café is under threat from the opening of a new pizza bar next door. They will do anything – and so will their supporters – to save the Kool Kafe.

The high school customers and the country locals at the Kool Kafe do all they can to rally support for their favourite tea-time dive – and some take desperate measures to jeopardize the pizza bar’s success.

But will their combined actions be enough to counter Mario – the pizza bar owner – and his dastardly plans? The Kool Kafe seems destined to lose its business to the unwanted newcomer. But - is there some other way to fight back...

Maybe a good old dance-off pitting the disco divas against the rock and roller coasters is only way forward!
