Welcome to the Family is a one woman show that mixes stand-up comedy and theatre to bring to life the eccentric characters of one Italian family. The protagonist, Marie knows if her apartment isn't cleaner than a hospital Nonna will spot the dust in an instant. Marie knows she has to hide any alcohol before Aunt Grace arrives unless she wants another episode with the police. Then there are all the newspaper articles Uncle Leo gave her that he'll want to know she's read. Marie is a little flustered because she a little secret to tell the family and - he isn't exactly a Roman Catholic secret. Approx.
