In her original, one-woman show, Julia Hastings charmingly portrays Eileen through a series of vignette scenes juxtaposed with Hastings' virtuosic playing of the music which was inextricably linked to Eileen and formed the soundtrack to her life. Behind the glamour of international success, Hastings' poignant interpretation of Eileen reveals the tragedy and the personal demons which plagued her both on and off stage.
