The Adelaide Festival Centre is South Australia’s major performing arts organisation and facility with over 5000 theatre seats under its stewardship.
It turns over A$70m each year and employs up to 300 people to run a range of businesses including the internationally regarded Set Construction Workshops and BASS, South Australia’s major specialist entertainment ticketing agency. The Centre provides a wide range of services to the theatre and entertainment industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
It was the first multi-purpose arts centre built in Australia and more than 30 years later still maintains its status as an arts icon.
