The Raw Shakespeare Project is a performance platform for Adelaide's emerging actors to experience and share the Bard's work. With a rich, year-round perform program we production productions large and small, farcical or serious, inside or outdoors, in venues large and small, traditional or found. We have our own approach to Shakespeare, generally traditionally set and costumed, mounted on barren or raw stages. We love making audiences cry with our emotional performances, and laugh with our cheeky and naughty approach to bringing these 400 year old scripts to life. We aim to make the writers work enjoyable to as many people as possible and love our growing following of new converts to Shakespeare!
